We want you to love your purchase. If not, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations.
🔁 Return Window:
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance sale items
- Products damaged due to customer use
- Items with the return tag removed
💸 Refunds:
- Refunds are processed to the online payment method within 7 business days after the product passes inspection.

- Your Order ID
- The reason for return
🚫 Order Cancellation:
To cancel, email us at theziyastore@gmail.com or whatsapp with your Order ID and “Cancel Order” in the subject line.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, or before the item is shipped (whichever comes first).
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
